What an honor. Future Boy Design was proud enough simply to design for the legacy of Theodore Roosevelt. To be recognized and awarded by a prestigious institution on top of it was quite a thrill.

With that in mind, we are extremely grateful to the good people at the Internation Design Awards for recognizing Future Boy Design this year, and awarding us the Bronze for “Multimedia Online Advertising Design”, as well as an Honorable Mention for “Multimedia Design”.

Third Prize prize in Multimedia competition for the Theodore Roosevelt in Color project

Theodore Roosevelt was a man of energy and change in his time. He stood out like a spark. However, history has faded his image in our memory into sepias and grays. This project is meant to bring back Roosevelt’s tone and spirit; to remind the viewer just how colorful, loud, and exciting he was. Most importantly, it is meant to inspire and energize.

About IDA

A handful of designers, thinkers and entrepreneurs created the International Design Awards in 2007 as a response to the lack of recognition and celebration for smart and sustainable multidisciplinary design. The International Design Awards (IDA) exists to recognize, celebrate and promote legendary design visionaries and to uncover emerging talent in Architecture, Interior, Product, Graphic, and Fashion Design. IDA aspires to draw attention to the iconoclasm of design world wide, conceptualizing and producing great work.
